Sauna Logs supplies kiln dried firewood, primarily for sauna operators, hospitality venues, retreats, wellness businesses, and other commercial customers.
We make every effort to describe our products accurately. As firewood is a natural product, size, shape, colour, bark content, and appearance may vary.
Our kiln dried birch firewood is supplied with a target moisture content of 18% or below. Moisture readings may vary slightly depending on log size, storage conditions, weather exposure after delivery, and the measurement method used.
All prices are shown in euro. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted by us.
Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email or begin processing it for delivery. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is an error in pricing, stock availability, delivery information, payment, or suspected misuse of the website.
Delivery is subject to our Shipping Policy. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring suitable access for unloading.
Customers are responsible for using and storing firewood safely and appropriately. Firewood should be stored in a dry, ventilated area and used only in suitable appliances.
We are not responsible for poor performance caused by incorrect storage, unsuitable appliances, blocked flues, poor airflow, misuse, or conditions outside our control after delivery.
Sauna Logs primarily supplies business customers. Where purchases are made for business use, the buyer confirms that they are purchasing in a commercial capacity.
Nothing in these Terms of Service limits any statutory rights that apply to consumers under Irish or EU consumer law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sauna Logs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business interruption, or loss of opportunity.
Our total liability in connection with an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where the law does not allow such limitation.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of purchase will apply to the relevant order.

We've been using Sauna Logs for our sauna business and they've been excellent to deal with. The birch logs are consistently dry, clean-burning and easy to store, which makes a big difference when you're running saunas day in, day out.
