Sauna Logs delivers throughout the Republic of Ireland.
Free delivery is available throughout Leinster.
For the rest of the Republic of Ireland, delivery is free on orders over €460. Orders below €460 outside Leinster are charged at a flat €49 delivery fee.
Our products are heavy, bulky firewood crates and are delivered by planned commercial delivery routes. We will contact you after checkout to confirm delivery timing and access details.
Delivery timing depends on your location and our planned route schedule. Typical delivery timing is 3–5 business days where stock is available, but this is not guaranteed unless confirmed by us in writing.
Customers must ensure that there is suitable access for unloading and a safe, clear storage area for the crate.
Where access allows, we can place the crate into an agreed storage area. If access is restricted, unsafe, or unsuitable, delivery may be made to the nearest safe accessible point.
For island, restricted-access, or unusually remote deliveries, we may contact you before dispatch to confirm delivery arrangements. Additional charges may apply where specialist transport, ferry access, or unusual handling is required.
If delivery cannot be completed because access is unsuitable, no authorised person is available where required, or incorrect delivery information has been provided, we may need to rearrange delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.
If goods arrive damaged, please notify us as soon as possible and provide photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Because deliveries are made on planned routes rather than by standard parcel courier, live tracking may not always be available. We will contact you directly regarding delivery timing.
